There is many ways to cure insomnia. Some of them effective, some – are not very. A success in insomnia treatment with one or another way depends on a person and is very individual. Traditional treatment of this unpleasant illness is absolutely necessary, but there is also another ways to contribute to your treatment success by everyday activities and habits. But Yoga can be another effective and safe way to manage terrible insomnia.

Happy Baby position are among them (relieves stress and lessen tension from the back, hips).
Also a position known as the Corpse Pose is good for insomniacs (a person lies on his or her back, breaths softly). This pose stimulates relaxation. The pose of Supported Forward Bend is more complicate exercise. There are a lot of other good for person’s health, strength and durability exercises in Yoga. They all aimed at muscles and body development in order to fight with everyday stresses and worries.
Yoga has a lot of other positive effects: its exercises stimulate blood circulation, encourage removal of toxins and chemicals from the body. All these effects of Yoga facilitate good and healthy sleep.
