In fact, sleeping is the most valuable activity of the day. Keeping of healthy sleeping patterns will return you in several times more. It is not wasted time spent doing nothing. Sleeping allows you increase your time and your energy during the day.

Things That Keeps Men from Getting Enough Sleep 

Lack of Awareness
Many men just don’t realize that their rhythm of life requires more sleep. They think that sleepiness is a positive period of time during which they must be working hard. They think if they are tired that’s the way it is supposed to be. They believe that they just have to overcome it.

Every person has their own need for sleep. This need is different for each certain person according to some factors. On average, most adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night to feel intent and well rested.  
Many men do not get enough sleep regularly. Consequently, they are not able to function at a maximum level of energy and concentration. 

Work Demands
Very often a man’s job can demand so much of his time that it doesn’t leave work_demandsmuch space for sleep. Some men, in order to get ahead, put in extra hours at night, go in on the weekends, or try to be the first one at the work in the morning.

Such men don’t leave their work even at home or when they are away from it. Their cell-phones won’t stop ringing. They have a lot of paper work to do. All these put your bedtime far away from normal.

Full Schedules
Schedules of many men are filled with not just their work but also other activities. They go to the gym regularly, play sports, go to the matches, work on the car etc.

Married men help their children with their homework; help their wives do some work about the house. Single men go on dates or out of the town with friends. The man’s list of things, places and people is endless.
